How to get there
The Estonian Academy of Arts is close to the Balti Jaam (Baltic Station) bus stop and train station. It is also close to Põhja puiestee tram stop, which can be reached both from the city centre as well as coming from Balti Jaam using tram lines 1 and 2.
Bicycles can be parked in front of the Estonian Academy of Arts building.
Both Põhja puiestee and Kotzebue street are on the limits of the city centre parking zone. Further into the Kalamaja borough, parking is free. Check this map for details. The closest car park can be found at 5 Rannamäe St, the parking zone identifier is P4.
The cafe of the Contemporary Art Museum of Estonia is also close to the Balti Jaam (Baltic Station) bus stop and train station. The closest tram stop is Linnahall, also reachable by using tram lines 1 and 2.
For those arriving from outside Tallinn and Estonia
If you need help paying for your trip to Tallinn, let us know. We may be able to reimburse you for part of your travel costs if you are arriving from outside Tallinn and Estonia.
Where to eat
You can buy pancakes at the Forum, but we do not offer catering during the day. There is water, coffee, and tea though. There is going to be a long-enough lunch break for lunch or shopping at the Balti Jaam (Baltic Station) Market or Telliskivi Creative City. You can walk to both, the market is five minutes, Telliskivi Creative City 12 minutes on foot. Trams 1 and 2 also run to the Balti Jaam (Baltic Station).
How to register for workshops
You can register for workshops at the beginning of the day (unless otherwise stated in the workshop description). Read more here.
If you need translation
If you need whisper interpretation (Estonian-English-Estonian available), please write to Nele (in which workshops and in which language) at email@example.com by October 18th at the latest. Unfortunately we can’t offer sign language translation.
Your permission for pictures and videos to be recorded
There will be someone taking pictures and recording video at the Forum. They will ask for permission to take pictures and record video at the different workshops. If you do not want to be in the picture or on video, please feel free to say so. The same person will be taking pictures around the Forum as well: please let them know if you do not want your picture taken.
Where to stay
